Who can purchase a Butterfly iQ?

"You are a physician or other practitioner in good standing and licensed by the law of the state in which you practice to use or order the use of the device. Or, you are purchasing the device pursuant to a valid prescription or order from such a physician or practitioner for use in professional practice as authorized by law."

Are subscriptions billed monthly or annually?

Butterfly subscriptions are billed annually.

Can I purchase multiple years of subscriptions at one time?

You may pre-pay for up to 3 years of subscription at time of purchase.

What happens if I cancel my subscription after 1 year?

Subscriptions are mandatory for the first year. If you choose to discontinue after the first year, you will maintain the ability to scan with iQ and access existing studies in your cloud, but will no longer be able to save new studies.

Can I combine multiple individual subscriptions into a team subscription at a later date?

At this time, we are unable to merge individual accounts together. However, a single individual account can be upgraded into a team account by contacting support.
